We never stayed there because of tornadoes, Booking will not refund our money so they get a 0 , because they aren’t good to work it’s, have posted many times an different sites no to trust these people.

Give us our money back, never answer their phone and shows the one number in US to be disconnected. Cheaters, never use this service as they’re Not reputable.

It looked like a beautiful property when we went in to check in, man at front desk was very kind.There were 5 of us for our room, we only had towels for 3 people, went to use hideabed & it moved away from wall & it had not been cleaned underneath for some time it looked like. We always get hotels that come with breakfast included, there was no coffee, we went down at 8:30 & there were just a few things to eat, nothing had been filled, a lot of unhappy people, very poor service, we waited for sometime & then just left.We paid a lot of money for one night $274.45.

"Decent hotel"

The check in staff was very friendly, even reminded us of the cookies and coffee available. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower amenities needed to be refilled. Glad I had brought my own. Big disappointment with the towels in the pool area. There were none available. Went to the front desk but staff were sitting in an adjacent room and we couldn’t get their attention. Had to go back to the hotel room to get a towel. We stay at this hotel often to visit with family.
