Best Western Plus North Las Vegas Inn & Suites

Jessica was very helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was great although they ran out of a couple of items. AC was nice and cool. Convenient to freeway and restaurants.

Excellent customer service. I greeted and treated very well by Ms Jayda. Then same Excellent customer service by Jessica. The hotel is in very clean condition and well maintained. My room smelt fresh and clean. I enjoyed a large flat screen TV. Microwave and Fridge. My bed was oh so comfortable and pillows oh so comfy. The room was large but not too large. The a/c was really cold for the North Las Vegas NV heat. Enjoyed my stay and I will be back.

Nice place to stay, rooms are very clean and management is very friendly. Good breakfast . and is located in good area I definitely recommend.

Jessica at the front desk was nothing short of amazing!!!! Arrived a little early but she was so helpful in accommodating me, thank you!!! Had been driving all night so this was a blessing. Have stayed here before because it’s quite and truck is safe. Little dated of an establishment but never a bad experience Will not be my last visit!!!!😎

It was pretty frustrating that the elevator didn't work. Hauling luggage up the stuffy stairwell was not very enjoyable. Also, the breakfast was all right, but they seemed to be out of everything.

This was just a stopping point for us for the night on our way home to CA. We arrived late at night. The elevator was broken and they only had availability on the second floor so we had to carry our disabled son and all of our luggage up the stairs and leave his wheelchair in the car. It took a million trips up the stairs and was a huge inconvenience and a lot of work but we just wanted to get to sleep rather than look for another hotel.

The front desk clerk was extremely efficient and helped us book a room quickly. We stayed in a beautiful suite and appreciate a nice hotel that welcomes our pets along with their traveling owners, The price was very fair and we would come back again!

I loved the complimentary breakfast. It had a lot of variety and it was delicious!
