There are subtle signs of the age of the property but I do believe they have been making upgrades over the years.

There was a nice food selection at the breakfast room, although the spa was not working and the pool was cloudy. Everything else was in good shape cleanliness of the room, etc.. nice friendly staff. As you entered the lobby, the decor was very updated and modern.

Love this hotel. I stay here once a week for work and the rooms are always clean. Ashley at the front desk does a great job of making sure my stay is always perfect.

Great hotel with good prices, I will definitely stay here again when I travel back to Las Vegas, thank you team at Best Western!

The staff has very good customer service and the facilities are good and clean. there is no noise and you can rest breakfast in the mornings

This hotel was such a wonderful, clean and easy stay after a long hot day! The pool was so much fun for the kids, the elevators worked perfectly, reception was warm, helpful, and generous with cookies and water upon our arrival. Cocoa, tea, coffee are in the lobby and they have a little store with some food items, etc. I was worried when I noticed one train go by around 5ish, but I didn’t hear any trains at night. We just finished staying at a high-end Vegas apartment that was filthy, but this room was absolutely spotless with clean linens, spotless carpets, clean bathrooms, etc. we stayed in the double queen suite. The fridge and microwave worked great. They have bar soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner for the shower. They were fine on our sensitive skin, lemon scented. Ask for more if you need it. We didn’t need a tub for our room, but if you need one, make sure you ask since some rooms do. The beds were comfortable, plenty of linens, and they had extra towels at the pool. A sofa bed is a sofa bed, but I couldn’t feel the springs or bar while snuggling my daughter on it. My daughter has sensory issues and was fine with the texture of the couch blanket, but she also had her own. We had to wash some clothes while there and that was easy. They have supplies at the front desk, and you pay with an app, so it was easy. I think it was $2.75 for a wash and about $2.50 to dry. The app tells you when the clothes are done so you don’t have to keep checking. We are Gluten free/celiac and they were very helpful to make sure the eggs and other items were wheat free (they sometimes have wheat). They had a yogurt machine with toppings, fruit juice and hot drinks. They have waffles, fruit, yogurt, eggs, oatmeal, breakfast meats, etc. We had a great stay!

Location: Near I-15 in industrial area, Two miles from restaurants. Railroad track next door but still quiet. Hotel: Looks new. Nice lobby. Dirty looking hall carpets. Elevator out of order. Slow internet at 5.11 Mbps download. Business center is one computer and one printer in a public hallway. Fitness Center is small with one elliptical, one treadmill, one recumbent bike and one universal weight machines. No floor pads, no free weights, no water cooler and no straps on bike pedals. Staff: Slow check-in. Due to broken elevator, we were changed from King on second floor to 2 Queens on first floor. Room: Good size. Clean. Nice furnishings. One desk chair and no other one. Mattresses soft and squeaky. Front door sticks. electric plug in bathroom doesn't work, no night light. Tile around outside tub is broken and coming unstuck. Commode is loose on the floor. Mute button on TV remote doesn't work. Coffee maker is broken. Toilet paper holder is loose. No trash can at the desk. Breakfast: Well attended and well stocked, No English muffins and surprisingly no pepper.
