Best Western Plus North Las Vegas Inn & Suites

Terrible experience. The staff at this hotel do not care about their customers. We tried to transfer our reservation to a different Best Western property that would work better for. No way! Then they charged an additional $20 for a pet that is nothing but gouging for more money. And finally we went to use the hot tub, which I needed for my knees, only to find out it was not working! They did not mention this when we booked or checked in. We spoke to staff about this as well and their attitude was "so sorry" but we don't really care. We will never frequent a Best Western Property again!

Everything was clean, but there was a faint cigarette smell on the third floor. It was obvious the hotel was older but the carpet was the only thing that seemed to need replacing. Staff called to check to see how we were doing after we got settled. This was super sweet and we appreciate the effort.

Great hotel. Easy to access. It is by the train tracks - but was quiet at night. Very clean. 24 hour coffee/tea brew machine and area to purchase some quick food to microwave and the dishes/cutlery to go with. Pool area is sheltered and under cover. The scrambled eggs and bacon were great for breakfast in the continental breakfast room.

The area was super industrial; NOTHING was around it. The check in process took forever. The rooms are huge. The lighting is poor. The rooms are very clean. The hallways and entrance smell perfumy-gross.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel in Sept 2025. We always stay at BW when it's available where we travel. Jessica at the front desk went above and beyond for us. She was very busy with customers and ringing phones, and all the while she was pleasant and polite to everyone.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean.

The hotel was in a good location-not much traffic around the property itself.

The breakfast was kind of mediocre. No food options closer to the hotel, so a little bit of a drive, but not terrible.

Clean room, the front desk staff was amazing.
