We were excited to have a hot tub only to find out that our dog wasn't allowed in the room so we were downgraded rooms. No where on the website or during the booking does it mention the hot tub rooms not being dog friendly. The toilet would only flush correctly if you held down the handle. There was an obnoxious hum in the room. When we went to try the free breakfast at 8:30 am there were only scraps left. Overall very disappointed and really wishing we didn't have to stay here again since I booked a round trip and they won't give you your money back if you cancel even if it's a week notice.

"Great stopping point."

Excellent front desk service by Jessica. Room was clean and comfortable. I would have given 5 stars if the bed wasn't lumpy and the jacuzzi wasn't operational. Breakfast had a great selection to choose from.
