Lovely big room with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Clean and tidy in all areas. Good breakfast included in the price and plenty of options. Friendly and helpful staff members. Location is good for visiting family in the area so will definitely be returning

1 night a member of staff had her as what I can believe as her boyfriend at the counter all night walking the corridors checking rooms . Sleeping in staff room . I walked pasted the front desk I was about to approach the guy saw me sucked this teeth at me and carried on talking to the member of staff .
IEGBStaff were excellent room was tidy and clean breakfast was fine. Only issue was the hotel was full of immigrants. I will never stay in a holiday in again. Had we been told that there would be immigrants in the hotel we would have stayed somewhere else. We were made to feel we didn’t belong there that we were somehow intruding. I will never stay in another Holiday Inn.
