Clarion Pointe-Dillard near Blue Ridge Mountains

Didn’t look like pictures. Our reservation was for 2, there was no bath mat, only 1 wash rag, shampoo and conditioner in shower appeared to be old.

Bed was to hard, woke up with sore back, felt like we were sleeping on the hard floor. Would also be better if the area in the back towards the river was cleaned up (the hill) it is full of garbage and bottles some broken.( back by what appears to be a little camp site).

Convinence

Well my standard king room was not available I was never notified or told this until we checked in and walked all the way to the room to realize we had been given double queen bed , went back downstairs to see what was up with that and was told all kings were booked , when I had booked in advanced , so we get out belongings and go to room and we need showers and the realized we had to rags to take showers , I'm highly pissed about the room being changed without my knowledge if I had wanted double queen beds I would have booked that , but I wanted a king bed , if I hadn't had driven over 7 hours I would have just left and found somewhere else to stay

Everything was great! The staff was real nice,the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was real good every morning. The staff was very helpful when we needed something. Would definitely stay here again.

Location.

No wash clothes, dirty ceilings, food was fair at best. Staff was arguing with each other when I arrived.

Check in was quick. Room and bathroom were clean. Check out was quick.

The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good.
