The room was clean and big, smells so good when we enter in the room. The housekeeping staff has done fantastic job, the property was on the hill and very good location. The breakfast was amazing, coffee 24/7

I recently stayed at Clarion Pointe in Dillard, GA, and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is perfect – nestled in the mountains with beautiful views and easy access to local attractions and hiking trails. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were especially cozy, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. I appreciated the little touches like the mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker – super convenient for a short stay. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming and professional, and they made check-in and check-out quick and easy. Housekeeping did a great job, too – the entire property was tidy and well-kept. Breakfast was a nice bonus – simple but fresh and satisfying. Plenty of options to start the day right. Overall, I highly recommend Clarion Pointe – Dillard for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in the area. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m visiting the mountains!

Oh i loved everything about this place from location to the hotel management . The hotel staff let me check in early irrespective of the fact that their check inn time is 4 pm, they were polite and helpful . The manager even helped us get our luggage and was kind . The breakfast was very good enough to start our day. Highly recommended .

I had a great stay at this Hotel everything was clean and well-kept, which made a big difference. The bed was comfortable and felt fresh, perfect after a long day of travel. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast; it was simple but just right to start the morning. Staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. Overall, an excellent experience for the price. 5/5!

The beds were clean but uncomfortable. The bathroom was a disaster. There was no toilet paper holder. The toilet itself was unstable and I was afraid it was going to tip over. Paint was missing in several places. We got in late, and I couldn't find the remote for the TV. I went to the front desk and I was told that there wasn't one. Really? I spoke to the manager before checking out about the remote and he said that they were locked up in the storage room. $120.00 a night? Unacceptable!

Needs to be a bit cleaned, I check in at around 16:00, the hotels needs some cleaning staff. The shower curtain was dirty at the bottom, didn’t see it first but that some kind of bacteria growing. They did try to put chemicals on it (which smell a lot like javels while I was showering) on it but they really need to replace it. There was paper and some plastic in the elevator, was never picked by anyone till I leave. The door are not sound proof AT ALL. I was wake at 23:40 and can hear people till 01:30 in the hallway doing their check-in and move their stuff, exactly what you need after a full day hiking (get the sarcasm). Inside pools was supposed to be heated, it was stray cold, other customer that was not happy about it. It’s not a total bad review but could really be improved. Not worth the money I spent if I have to compare the other hotels I do around Dahlonega and Franklin.

beds are comfortable and clean room. Great mountain views with friendly and helpful staff. Good and healthy breakfast.
