Bathroom had mold on lower walls, top edge of shower and on the ceiling. Bath fan did not work. Mixer valve cover was loose. Screws that should have held it in place we're missing. Desk chair was broken and seat was stuck tilted way back making it difficult to use the chair. Poor lighting in room. Only two small wall lamps between beds and one small desk lamp.there was plenty of room for a comfortable chair but there was none.

The day we checked in until we left, You couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel was Great. Would return.

The first night we had loud partying a couple of rooms away, the second a woman was beating on the door across the hall late at night, screaming loudly for almost an hour. I have stayed at this hotel before and had pleasant experiences every time, but this was a nightmare.

A beautiful view awaits! The hotel could use some updates, but the staff is friendly and attentive, breakfast is free, and the indoor pool is in great shape. Perfect place for families and people traveling with pets!

The place was filthy and they put used shampoo, conditioner, and lotion bottles in the room for us to use. The vent in the bathroom was filled with dust, the bath tub was dirty, mop strings were left on the floor by the maid, and there was hair in the bed. My first and last stay here!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice pool it was a little chilly though. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable.

My husband and I normally stay at the Dillard House, but decided to stay at the Clarion Pointe. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I will have to say that this is the first Hotel that we have stayed at that actually gave you information about the Hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. The Hotel itself is very nice and clean. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. We will be back on our next trip. Thank you for a pleasant stay. This should be a 10 star Hotel.

Location and price

Not enough wash cloths or toilet paper in the room. There was not an extra roll of toilet tissue and only one wash cloth for a room that can accommodate 2 people. Very hot in the hallway and room had a funky smell.

The Hotel was close to hiking, right off the main hwy, clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was just okay, the coffee was awful.
