Grounds and flower beds were full of weeds and unkept. Shady people going in and out of the property. What appeared to be drug users in the eating area arguing about the food with another lady that appeared mentally unstable. One lady urinated on herself while eating breakfast.

We were on the second floor and there was no elevator. Would have lied to have an elevator to bring up my luggage. Did not know there was a restaurant/nightclub next door and music was loud. But requested around on the other hand and the lady who checked the sun was able to accommodate.

It was ok the juice was broken

The room was musty and damp it smelled like smoke. We had to ask for fresh towels every day. We never had the sheets changed or the bed made. The faucet in the sink leaked all over the surface of the sink. The pool was cloudy and there was no place to sit outside for nonsmokers.

The staff is amazing as is the facility

This isn’t about the property itself. There is a bar and grill next door and they were having an outdoor party with an extremely loud DJ that went until 11:30pm. That and what sounded like a herd of children in the room above me screaming and jumping and running around until midnight.
