Check-in took almost 20 minutes, clerk didn't know what they were doing. Was on second floor with heavy bags - they have no elevator. There was cockroach and other bugs in my room. Breakfast was bad - no meat other than biscuits/gravy and the biscuits were hard as a rock - and eggs were dry with no taste. I've travelled a lot over the last 30 years and this falls within the worst three places of anywhere I have been in the world.

I reported that I thought I was bit by something while lying across the bedspread and she said that she would tekk housekeeping. The room I was in ,128, was the most used room.

Friendly helpful staff. Very clean, comfortable rooms and overall hotel.

The floors above my room squeaked when someone walked across the floor. We heard every step they took.

Almost everything was ecceptional! Breakfastwas awesome!

The lack of USB ports was ddissapointing in our room. The lack of an elevator might be a dealbreakerfor many but not forus.
