Wonderful staff. Room was clean. Area was quiet and location convenient. Disappointed in the pool area as it is needing an update and cleaning. Also, no hot tub.

Easy, convenient access. Check in was a breeze. Room clean. Pool area clean with fluffy towels, but hot tub is no longer there.

We were there for family business hotel was comfortable and clean. It was quiet, and the staff was very friendly.

We've never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express with a unique standard. Upon check in, the front had to make sure our room was clean as he also did for every guest to follow. At breakfast, families came in from what appeared to be as non guests with plastic bags loading up breakfast. Other times, people came into the breakfast area with literal Tupperware containers to load up. Several items at breakfast were spoiled upon tasting -- milk, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. We stayed in a room beside a laundry shoot that the door was left open the entire time so from the 3rd floor, at night, when kids were playing in the halls and with the laundry shoot, it was quite disturbing. The fitness center had NO equipment, simply a chair - no machines, no weights, nothing. The pool was apparently out of service. This was the most atrocious Holiday Inn experience ever. How do I get money back?!!
