"Remodeling"

It would have been nice to know before I booked the hotel that they were remodeling. The pool and exercise room were closed which also would have been nice to know. The first floor was tore up and the fans in the hallway were loud.

The updates look pretty nice.

The pool was not available for use and I was not informed beforehand! Hope I get a refund of some sort from booking.com. There were no sheets for the pull out bed.

Lovely family room. Very spacious room. Tv didn’t have the capabilities to stream Netflix like Residence Inn, which was a bummer for the kids but they got over it. Shower was nice and loved that they had shampoo/cond/body wash bottles in the shower/sink!

The person who checked us in was nice. The room was clean. The hotel was under construction. Had I known that when I was booking I would’ve picked a different hotel for our girls weekend. No hot tub. Pool was dirty. Breakfast area was not inviting. It looked like part of our rooms had been redone but not all of it. The bathroom fan in my room was LOUD. Tub had questionable pink stuff around the edges. Pictures on the wall were twisted & sticking out weird. It would be nice if they would’ve mentioned the construction so people are aware in case they don’t want to be around that during their stay.

Construction everywhere. No pool, hot tub, and check in was down a hallway into an office off the side. Wish it said that before I got a non cancellation room. Would have picked different hotel

Price gouging af its finest! 3 times the average hotel chain. Construction bits and pieces in carpet. Added fees were added to one stay and a different amount for the next room. Hotel staff treated me like i was a 4 yr old. Reservation was pretended to be lost and i was blind sided by their attempt to find suitable rooms.
