While they are renovating I can I ever look some things. Our first night, the A/C hardly kept the room at 75 so I didn’t sleep, the mattress was about as comfortable as a park bench and the toilet paper holder fell out of the cabinet. We got another room to which they happily obliged. The second room had blood drop stains on the couch. Also, the pool is closed permanently.

i asked to get the room cleaned 4 times in 3 days never got no one to do it, poor customer service

There was a “sour” smell in my room. Several other family members stayed in other rooms on other floors and some of those rooms had same odd smell. They were undergoing renovations so maybe it was due to that?

The bed felt like it was 50yrs old with every spring poking in my back. My wife recently had surgery and there was no way she could sleep on that mattress. Looking at the actual mattress and there was a big brown stain on it. We refuse to sleep on whatever that stain was and requested another room. They sent us down the hall to a newly renovated room that had just been painted. The door was painted shut and I literally had to hit it with my shoulder to get in. The paint fumes were too strong to stay in this room, so we didn't stay

We checked in on a Tuesday, room did not get cleaned until Thursday, that’s because I spoke with the front desk staff.

Our handicap room was very nice and comfortable.

WI-FI was terrible - reception was spotty. I could not use my tablet with certainty that I would not loose any data Continental breakfast could have been a little longer than 8:30 am. Not everyone checks out for a 1 night stay.

Undergoing renovations so not pretty to look at
