The free breakfast

All the commotion of long-term guests and the outdated rooms. There was a lot of water damage and cigarette burns. The lady at the front was chasing her husband or boyfriend around the parking lot with no shoes while guests were waiting to be helped. It was a very unsettling environment.

Location was good. Facility being remodeled

Bed linens were old and pilling made them itchy. Mattress was old and thin and creaky. The staff members were not pleasant. Smoking out front and as we were leaving, did not speak when spoken to.
