The customer service from the lady at the front desk was exceptional. That is the only thing that was good! The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was nice and warm!

The room was completely outdated. Everything was old and quite beat up. Wallpaper was coming off the walls. Can’t even tell you how old the carpet was. The shower water was barely warm. The water that came out of the sink was warmer than the shower. There was mold, black, mold, all around the top of the shower the wallpaper the ceiling. We checked in at 11 PM so I’ll be honest. I was exhausted. I didn’t notice it until I showered in the morning. The breakfast was so so the only reason I really booked the hotel and paid extra was because it had a pool. The pool room was freezing and the water wasn’t much better. My seven year old son got out of the water within 10 minutes. Our overall stay was completely disappointing. The quality of the room and the amenities is not worth the price at all. The super eight down the road (which I’ve stayed at three times) is far better than about $45 cheaper. Like I said, the reason we spent more was for the pool. Very disappointed.
