Our room had limited electric plugs for CPAP machines, phone charging, etc. Since the nightstand next to the bed had none on one side, the clock radio and lamp had to be unplugged. The lighting was limited and poor in the room. The ceiling was a bit higher than the norm...it had a ceiling fan with a light. Two of the four bulbs were burnt out and the other two bulbs were a decorator style that put out very low light. The office desk had no desk lamp or electric plug capability. There was one outlet next to the floor behind the sitting chair but you would have needed and extension cord..There was no coffee in the morning during breakfast time when we were there..Dogs were barking. Walls were somewhat think and could hear neighbors. Dogs were barking as well. This motel was totally over priced for what we got.

Great place to stay when you are going down the river tubing. Places nearby if you forget any gear that you need for tubing.

"Enjoyable"

When I arrived there was a children's pool party in process however they informed me oit would be over soon if I was interested in the pool area. When I was ready for the pool it was amazing as cleaned up an staff was on point. Very relaxing. The room was nice but I would have loved to have coffe in my room. I get up very early and would love to enjoy a cup while getting ready. The breakfast was great, Plenty of choices. Great stay.

We reserved a king, accessible room and requested a 2pm check-in. We did get the the early check-in which was nice because of the extreme heat. I was glad I used the shower before my husband who is an amputee. The padded seat in the shower was extremely slippery and I was unable to sit on it without sliding off. He was unable to use it for safety concerns. The side exit door did not work with a room key and had to be propped open with a stone. One time during the evening the door was left open with no one around. I did have to ask for a comforter for out bed as it only had 2 sheets. Upon exiting our room for breakfast, we overheard the a/c was not working so it was very warm in the lobby & dining area. We did not get to try the breakfast due to very linited space & seating. The team member had her work cut out for her trying to keep up with the crowd. It was a nice hotel, just not worth the price for us.

"Not at all worth the price"

3.0

The staff was nice enough, I locked myself out of my room and the woman at the front desk was very understanding and replace my key card right away.

Not good value at all. The rooms are seriously dated. The tub and toilet might have been clean but it was impossible to tell because they were so stained and just looked disgusting. The sheets were literally see-through and the comforter was so thin it really couldn’t even be called a comforter. The continental breakfast was exceedingly basic and they didn’t even have lids for the coffee cups. This stuff would bother me a lot less if I had paid a bargain price, but I definitely didn’t. In my opinion, the room was worth less than a hundred dollars, and I paid almost twice that for my one-night stay. I’m not sure what the pricing is like for the other hotels in Valentine, but I have to imagine you’d be better off with the Quality Inn.
