Comfort Inn Winchester

The ceiling has dry wall missing and the shower head wasn’t properly attached to the shower wall. The pool was closed and not a big variety for breakfast

Great value, clean, right off the highway and close to restaurants. Quick and easy breakfast items

My kids were disappointed the pool was closed for repair Could use some USB charging stations in the room for all of our devices

Website said they had a pool but when we got there it was empty

Location off interstate nice. Elevator ancient & a bit worrisome. Roof in process of being redone so limited parking. Staff, however, very efficient & room comfortable for a couple of weary travelers.

For anything that was needed, including check-in, the staff had to be hunted down on the floor. Found the front desk clerk in the laundry when trying to get another towel for the am. Morning breakfast was essentially non-existent. No one was at the front desk again in the am. Hotel was old and needed many improvements

Says they have a pool, well it does but has not worked in over 4 years and this was the only reason we booked this hotel traveling with a group of kids

Completely run down No pool as advertised… has been closed for years the workers said

Room was not very clean, blankets were damp, bathroom was nasty, sink didn’t drain.
