The staff

It was very dirty. The bathroom ceiling was leaking. We had one towel for two people two nights

We paid up front for our hotel. Booked a few weeks out. We had car trouble on our 12 hour trip. We finally got there at 6 a.m. She said she canceled our reservation as well as added a penalty. I expalined the situation and she said, "not my problem". Even if that is your policy to cancel someone even though they paid in full, you need better customer service. We were left stranded and in another time zone. A softer word and maybe some empathy would have gone a long way. We couldn't believe how rude this woman was. My friend was upset because of the way she was talking to me and told her off. She started to cuss him out and acted even more unprofessionally. She said she was going to call the cops. He was upset but he had every right to be. We asked her to call her manager but she said she didnt want to hear from him and rolled her eyes. I've been in customer service for a long time and I know she could've handled that some other way but she seemed to enjoy stirring the pot. We ended up finding a super 8 that was able to accommodate us. As I'm writing this I am realizing there is no way to to put into words how this made us feel. She could just talk to us however she wanted and she knew she held the power and all our money. I left in tears.

The pool was closed when we booked it said in pool

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked. I would stay there again.

Good people work here. No worries that gym and pool temporarily closed... likely opening soon. Conveniently next to 24 hour gas station.

Room would have been ok (was clean) but bathroom was missing tp holder and no towel rack or hook, toilet seat was damaged, bottle of conditioner looked half used.
