Holiday Inn Express Myrtle Beach-Broadway at the Beach by IHG

Kinds of nestled away to me and walking distance to Broadway. My wife loves to shop at Sam’s and short distance to beach.

Property is great would like to investigate more walking trails on or near property because Broadway is great but like walking around shaded areas. We’re in our early fifty’s now but thirty’s and forties use to walk 2 to 4 miles a day.

Holiday Inn Express at Broadway was the best Holiday Inn we’ve stayed hands down. The hotel and rooms were very clean and accommodating with amenities. The location was on point with restaurants near by and Broadway at the Beach was across the street. The outlets and other sites were within a 15 minute drive. We will definitely stay at this location again. We were please at the rates. All of the staff were amazing.

I spent one week in Myrtle Beach South Carolina for work and selected Holiday Inn Express Myrtle Beach-Broadway@The Beach by IHG for lodging. On the positive side, the location is in a beautiful area with a lake, flowers, trees, and wildlife such as bunnies and squirrels. The temperature was pleasant, but the humidity was quite high. After almost a week had passed, I realized I needed to extend my stay by one day to complete my work project. The airline, car rental company, and Holiday Inn phone representatives said a rental extension was no problem. When I approached the hotel front desk later to make sure that my reservation extension had been received, I was treated very rudely by the young lady on duty. She demanded I provide my credit card, driver's license, and sign new paperwork now, even though I had been staying there all week and clearly recognized me. I explained to her that my reservation had been extended, and she said that was not true and that I had made a new reservation! Her attitude was quite condescending and disrespectful. The phone representative did not act like this desk clerk and was actually very courteous! I went back to my room and returned with the information she requested. I left and went to work. Later that morning I received a phone call from Sheroya (sp?) at Holiday Inn saying that the previous employee had failed to record my credit card and I must return to put my card on file AGAIN! It is very disappointing to find such incompetence and a poor attitude! As I continue to travel for my work in different states I will now need to reevaluate my preference for lodging. It appears that Holiday Inn (IHG) staff do not care how they treat customers. I certainly won't be coming back here.

What a great experience! Walking distance to Broadway on the Boardwalk that had lots to do. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast had lots to choose from. There was even a few gluten free options. Second time we stay at this location and it did not disappoint!

Very comfortable newly renovated hotel just accross from Broadway on the Beach. The lobby area was open & bright. There was also plenty of room for gathering in the dining area adjacent. The rooms were very nice & clean. There was a lovely heated outdoor pool & hot tub. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot items, cereals, pancakes, rolls, juices etc. The 24h coffee machines were awesome - the beans were ground just before the coffee was brewed. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay here again

The general manager, she was nice.And the kitchen staff were accommodating and talula did a good job keeping the breakfast stocked up
