We were in Pekin for a funeral and the Holiday Inn Express was easy to get to and a very comfortable place to stay. The renovation they have done is great as is the breakfast, so many selections for food and all great.

Honestly do not usually stay at IHG properties, but this time we did as we were not familiar with the area. Turned out to be a great experience! Staff were helpful, room was clean, best was great. Overall A plus! Located perfectly in between Morton IL and Peoria IL

Attention to detail when cleaning found a toenail on the floor by the bed. Hair in the shower. In the dining area for breakfast the back of the booth had milk or something all over it.

No more complimentary water? Housekeeping did not empty the waste baskets one day. Carpet was icky. Very worn and not too clean.
