"Family Trip"

Nice, roomy and accommodating. Good spot for overnight on our way back to KY by way of Cumberland Gap. Real good pizza joint right across the road from hotel.

"Okay for the price"

The gentleman working the reception area was kind and welcoming and the outside appearance was nice. Once in the actual room, there was some to be desired. The room looked as though it was recently updated and mostly clean, however there were details that were missed. The mattress needed to be replaced, the sheets had stains. There were mystery spills on the floor near the bed and nightstand and the towel rack was nearly ripped off the wall in the bathroom. Other than these few things, the room met my needs. With a little closer attention to cleaning details and a bit of a spruce-up, this would be a really great place to stay in a town without many options.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. No breakfast but advertised free breakfast. At least offer cereal, yogurt and prepackaged food.

Breakfast was very very poor and the overnight attendant seemed very distracted. Bed sagged badly in the middle.. But overall stay was okay!

All in all it was a good quite place to stay,,mattress was going downhill with feet higher than your head(no different than other quality inn i have stayed at)good breakfast.clean room,clean building,great service just bad bed and non working spa tub.
