Quality Inn Rogersville

Very friendly and helpful. My first night I was very uncomfortable on the bed so they immediately switched my room for me without hesitation! The next room the air conditioning wasn't working efficiently so without hesitation again they switched rooms and now I'm comfortably staying in a perfect room and being discounted for a couple more nights! Thank you Quality inn! Not really sure what the discount will be but when i inquired without hesitation it was your'e taken care of mam.... ive stayed here several times and have been very pleased.

The place was overwhelmed with scented spray of some sort. Could not breathe through it. Room was nasty. Although we asked for smoking room it needed to be aired out. Seemed like there was a party in there, as there was puke stain on the mattress. no mattress topper, and only 3 small pillows. Check out was just write your room# on a piece of paper and leave the keys. Very disappointed to say the least.

It was clean and the staff came in to clean my room every day! Check my supplies dealing with bathroom needs and coffee making. It didnt have a elevator though, but the hotel was only two level.

This hotel went downhill. Use to be a good place to stay. My sheets had burn holes(alot). Had to ask for towels, face cloths and wash cloths. None in room. Tv was crocked. Toe nail clipping on floor near couch.. will never stay here again

Shower needs fixed.

Nothing unique. It seemed clean. However, the receptacle on the left side of the bed was broken and half did not work. The receptacle close to the floor on the right side of the bed would not hold a plug. The plug kept falling out. The hairdryer was missing. You could see where they had painted around it but I assume someone had stolen it. It was never replaced. We asked if they had another on or if they could get one out of another room and they said no. My wife and I had an important meeting that morning and she had to dry her hair over the hvac unit. The curtain rod on the shower was broken and the curtain would not close and water got on the bathroom floor. (It was a shower only, no tub). So, NO, not pleased.

Marijuana use throughout the building, very loud and could hear other rooms and hallway, shower water pressure was painful while the sink barely let any water out.

First off I picked this hotel because of the breakfast and the veiw mentioned. It had neither. The person that checked me in never asked to see my I'd or credit card to verify I was the person that paid for the room. I thought that was weird. He was rude and talked really low and I had to ask him to repeat himself a couple times. The room was ok the but took forever to heat up. I was driving all day and just wanted to rest

No elevator. No ice machine on second floor. Rooms are very clean.
