Stay here everytime we visit alton towers I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The rooms are clean tidy & comfortable! Bathroom products are dove 😍 my fav! Breakfast is excellent so much choice for everyone. The staff are very polite & helpful! It’s a very lovely place for a few nights stay, Would recommend.

The only downfall to the rooms is sockets there is only 1 and when there’s 3 or 4 of you all wanting to charge our phones or even use a straightener it’s very difficult that’s why this time learning from previous stays I brought my own extension leads.

Room was very warm no aircon breakfast was great except for the hash browns which were a bit tough both breakfasts. However the other available options were fine

The room was very small for a family room and not fully clean. The breakfast was really not good (lots of empty items). And I was so disappointed to see there were two dogs allowed in the restaurant (one very large dog) with families around. It didn’t feel right to me.
