The crown jewel of Banff, the Fairmont Banff Springs is phenomenal! The resort has an amazing staff, great restaurants, lots of on-site activities and amenities, and a storied history. The views from the outdoor pool and upper lounge are unmatched.

Such a beautiful place with the most friendly staff! We had a very enjoyable time. Convenient ski rentals, storage and shuttles. Convenient dining and shopping.

There were few things that could have been much better: 1) Parking was not connected to the hotel which was very inconvenient for us with little babies. 2) We were charged a parking fee on our bill that didn’t belong to us so then rather then getting it fixed, front desk made us come down to the lobby to get the reimbursement’s 3) Room was fairly small as compared to what we paid for each night which was $800 so you would expect a bit better space. 4) No activities for the kids as it was my daughters birthday however the hotel didn’t have anything going for the days we stayed .
