Absolutely beautiful place! Each and every one of the staff were so kind and accommodating. The service was better than anywhere else we’ve ever stayed, just impeccable! The restaurants were all wonderful and the speak easy bar was such a delight!

Amazing experience! Outstanding views, service, and amenities. Several staff went beyond expectations.

We went to Banff to celebrate my wife’s birthday and the hotel was nothing less than excellent. From the valet staff, bell staff, front desk staff, house keeping staff, everyone was so prompt and tentative, the best way to describe it was “top tier” but the best part was the VIP concierge team. They were all next level and on their game. From making reservations at the hotel restaurants and spa to scheduling baggage pickup and just being friendly, it made the trip that much better. our room was even upgraded to a suite prior to arrival and it was incredible. The spa was excellent and relaxing and the views were beautiful. Staff at the restaurants were tentative and made us feel special. Overall, the staff made our trip even more memorable. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area.

The hotel and property is beautiful! there is lots to do on the resort and in Banff and area.

Excellent in all aspects My only criticism is the bathrooms are ridiculously tiny

The property was gorgeous and had a unique and amazing setting - visiting was on our bucket-list and our stay was excellent!
