Beautiful Scottish castle, once in your lifetime experience, totally worth it!

Friendly staffs and newly renovated rooms and hallways

The location was convenient and great walking distance to the downtown area, Bow Falls trail, and Cascade Garden. Noise was an issue-hallway noise, vents, and doors opening and closing which is typical when one is staying at a hotel. There was also a glitch at check-in because I had booked the Gold floor and the staff had my name confused with another person with the same last name only. The bed sheets had a distinct smell which was a bit bothersome and the bathroom was a bit small. When I booked with Expedia I was unaware until I checked in that I got the Gold floor which was a wonderful surprise. They offered complimentary breakfast, snacks, dessert and non alcoholic drinks throughout the day and the food was delicious! I would definitely consider staying again in the future if I ever return to beautiful Banff.

Amazing spot for family vacations!! Carlos was an amazing host for dinner in the main restaurant! Never a bad time here.
