Hamilton Princess & Beach Club - a Fairmont Managed Hotel

The staff at this hotel was truly exceptional

The property was beautiful!

Spectacular! Before we arrived in Bermuda, the concierge team was reaching out to ensure everything we needed was in place. We were greeted at the doors with such warmth and then swisked off to the Fairmont lounge for a private check-in. The suite was awesome (large, breathtaking view, huge bathroom, comfortable beds, etc.). The lounge was our hang-out spot, especially on rainy days. Every meal/snack/dessert was delicious. The team in the lounge (Rolly, Aaron, Peter, Malisa, George, etc.) is top-notch. They went above and beyond every day to ensure we happy. This includes making special nut free treats, doing magic tricks to entertain the kids, making hot chocolate on demand, etc. The housekeeping staff, front desk team, and doormen were all friendly, attentive, and very responsive. It was an absolute delight to interact with them. Unforgettable Vacation.

We loved our stay at Hamilton Princess. The staff was awesome! That includes housekeeping, front desk and restaurant staff. The room was great too and the hotel was convenient to town so we were able to walk to most destinations. Highly recommend this hotel!

A super welcome from friendly , efficient staff . The hotel is in a super location with the centre of Hamilton 2 minutes away . It is beside the marina and has wonderful seating areas as well as an outdoor heated pool .There is every facility on site for a perfect break . A coffee shop , restaurants. shops , gym and seating areas . The rooms are well furnished with beautiful views . Apparently some rooms in an annexe are in the process of refurbishment . There is a frequent jinty to the private beach which is wonderful. It has every facility to make the beach stay absolutely perfect . At the top of the hill from the beach there is the Henry V111 pub which serves meals . I must praise the following staff who went above and beyond … The jinty driver she is so knowledgeable about everything, Dennis the concierge , Camille and Vjay are all super staff who go above and beyond . I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will return .

The hotel staff was amazing in every respect. Friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and attentive to details. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years, and this was the best staff I have ever seen.
