מלון משפחתי ומפנק. חדרים גדולים ומרווחים. מיטות נוחות מאוד. צוות מדהים שעושה הכל מעל ומעבר. המלון נמצא באחוזה עתיקה ויפייפיה על שפת האגם. בשטח המלון יש המון פעילויות. אכלנו ארוחת ערב מצויינת. מומלץ מאוד

Hôtel historique, bel endroit, ambiance chaleureuse et vraiment familiale, personnel très aimable, de nombreuses activités variant selon les saisons. C'est le seul hôtel au monde où j'ai séjourné au moins 8 fois, toujours en famille (avec des enfants très jeunes au début) et toujours avec le même plaisir. Je reviendrai, c'est certain. Merci!

Der Kamin ist ein Traum. Einmal in seinem Leben muss man diesen Kamin gesehen haben. Essen war hervorragend. Service bzw. die Mitarbeiter wundervoll herzlich. Die Wanderwege um das Hotel sind sehr schön. Das Schwimmbad war toll und das Gym war wirklich bestens ausgestattet. Das SPA darf auf keinen Fall vergessen werden. Ganz ganz tolle individuelle Massagen.

Historic ambiance and excellent staff

Hotel is starting to look quite shabby in many places. I can only imagine the deropockets needed to keep up.eih it all Sadly, no fire in the great fireplace focal point.

Tout est chaleureux et agréable. Le grand foyer donne envie d’y passer la journée avec un livre. Excellent service au spa!

Beaucoup d’enfants, ce n’est pas l’endroit favorable pour un week-end en amoureux disons. Surtout que les portes de chambres sont mal insonorisé donc on entend les enfants courir dans le corridor. Les chambres sinon sont confortables malgré plus vieilles. De plus, on nous impose un choix de films à la télé et il faut les payer 25$+ taxes. Je trouve qu’avec toutes les options à notre disposition pour les films, l’hôtel devrait faire une mise à jour de son offre en donnant accès à Netflix ou prime video afin qu’on puisse ce connecter à nos comptes. Tous les hôtels le font maintenant et cette façon de faire de l’argent sur notre dos n’est vraiment pas apprécié.

Habitué du Château Montebello depuis plus de 30 ans, je suis toujours émerveillé par cet hôtel unique au monde.

Le fond musical dans le foyer n'est pas nécessaire.
