Great location, staff, and rooms

No hot water in the room, and paying almost fifty dollars for parking at the hotel when paying that much for a room at the hotel. Hotel guests should get discounted rate.

The smell of the lobby/foyer was amazing. Room, bed, staff were all amazing. Comfortable and convenient.

Nice hotel, lovely staff, good facilities and excellent food. The hotel did not when asked replenish simple items such as coffee - otherwise it would be a 5. Normal range of shops, parking is available and convenient for the waterfront.

We arrived in the morning from our cruise and not expecting to check-in we asked if we could leave our bags until check-in. The front desk said they would see if our room was ready, and it was. It made a big difference as we were able to go straight to our room feeling relaxed. We also had our flight delayed by a day and the front desk staff again went above and beyond to help us and have arranged for additional night accommodation but also helped by sorting out a few other glitches that we had encountered. Highly recommended from front of house to behind all our encounters with staff couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. Thank you Fairmont

I have stayed here 3 times for personal vacation for the value with a mix of higher-end service. The lobby can get very busy and noisy if other events are happening. Notch8 breakfast menu has changed since last booking and was a dissapointment -- no breakfast buffet option or additional side orders. Bar tending staff and service during the evenings is still excellent. I also ended up booking a pedicure at Spa Solea, however, a mandatory 18% service charge was added and the total. Non-Gold guest rooms and their quality are showing age. If you want turn-down nightly service and higher-end luxury, stay at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia for the 5 star experience.

Very unique, beautiful hotel in perfect location! Amazing rooms, very comfortable bed, delicious food and amazing staff! And the best chocolate cake in the whole world!! We stayed 1 night on our honeymoon and it was very special and unforgettable , we will definitely come back!
