Large room, clean and tidy. Great city centre location.

No explanation of requirement to use key card in lift when checking in. As we had a large amount of luggage this caused us some problems.

"Exceptional Service"

We are in awe with their service and hospitality. My daughter wanted to surprise me for my birthday and it was an easy peasy it was communucating with their guest service. When I opened my room, it was exhilirating. I was welcomed by a bottle of champagne and sweet treats. Not to mention, my go to shop is in their lobby. Glad i booked in Fairmont Burrard Vancouver,thank you to the staff at the reception for being warm and welcoming.
