Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac

We had a great stay overall. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Old Quebec and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful, historic, and full of charm. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options and high-quality food. The staff was friendly and professional throughout our stay.

However, there were a few downsides. The rooms are quite small, especially considering the price. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. In addition, the room was very dark, with limited natural light and insufficient lighting inside.

Excellent location, updated rooms and bathrooms, great parking but expense be 56$ plus taxes per day , excellent yours and yoga

Expensive food, pool water looked cloudy, outdoor deck not fully open

Impressive property in a fabulous location

We were first given a room with scaffoldings inches from the window. We requested a different room and were taken to a tiny room with no space to move around, let alone unpack our suitcases. Finally, when we complained again, they were very gracious about it and gave us a very nice, very spacious room.

View!!! Location was perfect! Could walk to almost everything. Beds were so comfortable. Staff was so friendly. Liked walking around the hotel even. Such a beautiful hotel!

Went to pool. Nice pool but crowded at 4 in afternoon. Hot tub jam packed with people at 4pm. So only sat in a few minutes. More people kept coming into hot tub so just left. Pool was nice once less crowded. Nice for laps. People left pool,. All seemed to be in hot tub.

Everything it was a spectacular hotel and views in a fantastic location
