El restaurante los girasoles que está frente al mar además de brindar un buen desayuno y muy rico también tiene una vista hermosa!! El color del mar impresionante. Las instalaciones del hotel están muy limpias el lobby es agradable disponen una mesa con servicio de café te y agua fresca algo que se agradece mucho. En mi habitación había una nevera que servía perfectamente y la cama era muy cómoda además de que había una linda hamaca, la vista era muy bonita hacia la piscina que era bastante grande. Ya cuando había dejado la habitación me enteré que también prestaban equipo de snorkel incluído el chaleco para entrar con seguridad al mar. Ya que tiene unas piscinas naturales para ver peces y hacer snorkel.

El personal no da la información clara y oportuna además de que el check in es muy tardado tardamos como una hora o más!! . Yo hice reservación mediante Booking y la señorita que me atendió revisaba tantas veces mi reserva diciendo que no era posible ese precio y que el desayuno era solo continental etc. Tantas trabas como si a ella le fueran a cobrar mi estadía. Nunca me comentaron de que el hotel daba el servicio de snorkel para poder usar la nevera tuve que hablar a recepción por qué no te informan que hay que prenderla. Escuchaba un pequeño chirrido durante la noche me imagino que eran las protecciones que tiene la ventana que no estaban fijas y me costó dormir por ese ruidito.

This place is AMAZING!!! The staff, the location all the entertainment, just everything! Rooms were clean, beds were great, the breakfast was really nice, fresh fruits and the chef makes you your own omelett right in front of you! The staff specially were super great, they did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcome! Special thanks to host of the entertainment Jose, who did an AMAZING job of being the best host! It was not that far from the center so its not noisy at nights, also they rent scooters at the hotel if walking is too much for someone :)

Pool was ok. Staff were nice. Location was fine, walkable from ferry if you travel light. Didn't try the food.

BED BUGS! 🐞🐞🐞 Woke up with many bites on my arms & ankles. Complained to staff, manager informed me that they fumigate every month, but it happens. I agree but they should offer compensation for having to do laundry ....🤷🏼, maybe I'm too nice. Definitely NOT 4 star, maybe 3😕, very basic, room was adequate (apart for the unwanted bugs). Wifi was bad.

We had a pleasant and memorable stay at Cozumel Hotel & Resort, and we are truly grateful for the efforts of the entire team. Being a smaller hotel, it has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and it was clear that the staff work very hard to ensure guests feel comfortable and cared for throughout their stay. The evening entertainment was wonderful and engaging. We especially enjoyed the Mayan night at the beach, Latin night, and the Mexican show — all were lively, well organized, and enjoyable for guests of all ages. The entertainment staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, keeping guests engaged during the day with activities such as volleyball, bingo, ping pong, and other games, which added a lot of fun to our experience. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities around the pool area. Games, toys, snorkeling gear, and swimming life jackets were provided free of charge, which made it very convenient and enjoyable, especially for families. The all-inclusive option was a good value for the price. Breakfast, lunch, daytime snacks, and dinner were included. While the dinner selection was not overwhelming, it felt just right for a smaller resort and was satisfying overall. The staff did a great job managing everything smoothly and with genuine warmth. The hotel staff, in general, were very welcoming, attentive, and helpful, which truly made a difference in our stay. There are a few areas that could benefit from improvement — the room could use some updates, the coffee was a bit light for our taste, and better ventilation in the bathroom would be helpful. These were minor points and did not take away from our overall positive experience. Pro tip for future travelers: If you plan to take a taxi from Cozumel Airport, you may want to politely bypass the concierge attendants inside the airport. Simply walk outside toward the main road, where you can easily find taxis at more reasonable rates. We found taxis available for about $20 USD or 300–350 Mexican Pesos to the hotel. Paying more is usually unnecessary. Overall, we are thankful for the hospitality and care we received and appreciate the efforts of the Cozumel Hotel & Resort team in making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Great beach club, beach for snorkeling even though no sand beach, snorkeling gear included, bikes included.

Buffet was mediocre with foods not being refilled. Wifi was terrible - available only in common areas and spotty when trying to use it or sometimes ot said full capacity when literally there are 5 people in the area - so definetely not good if you are trying to get some work done while on vacation.

Nothing luxurious at this hotel but it is clean and fun and the staff is very friendly. Mostly divers and families here. Package includes all meals (which are just so so) sit close to the water and ask for Alejandro as your waiter. He's fantastic! Diving is beautiful and good for beginners.
