"El peor Fiesta Americana de México"

La ubicación es buena, el mar y las albercas..

Probablemente el peor Fiesta Americana de México. El Valet Parking te corre por los dos minutos que estás sacando las maletas y metiéndolas porque sólo quieren dinero, las reservas no las respetan y no te dan compensación ni disculpas a menos que reclames y te respaldes con Booking.com, el staff no es muy amigable, al contrario. Los colchones viejos y te lastiman la espalda, se olvidan de poner toallas y jabón. Lo único bueno son las chicas de travelty que son muy amables. La foto es la habitación con "vista al mar" que sí no reclamas no les importa.

Clean but overpriced for what they offer.

For this money they could include the breakfast!! The booking process were complicated, they said it is fully booked but we could still book a room. In the end we received a room without balcony but we paid the whole price. We do not want fiesta rewards program but they insist on every corner.

"A great place to discover the port"

The swimming pool was great and the bed very comfortable

The crossing of the road is rather dangerous. They need a traffic light. The hotel could clean the beach more often. The breakfast even for a buffett was too expensive, a dinner in town was cheaper.

"Comfortable and amazing time!"

Everything!!! Location, pool, beach on site, restaurant has buffets… it has a convenient store and starbucks. Staff is kind at all times!!!! Spa was great!
