They didn't explain anything just assumed we knew we booked a room that included breakfast and some what dinner 🍽️ but everything was partially the guy from the pool kept bothering us and asked my parents to leave just because they weren't dressed accordingly but they weren't even in the pool when I went over there to find out what happened he just assumed they were lying and not staying at the hotel I paid a lot of money but definitely I will not be visiting this hotel they have people at the lobby always trying to sell you something not worth the price

Loved being some of the lone Americans at the resort! Highlights were the great pools, protected beach, and outstanding service. Eduardo, a server in the pool area, was amazing, even offering local info! He and his team were wonderful--many English speaking staff for a hotel not serving many English speakers... they were also patient with our Spanish and encouraging. Dora in housekeeping was also a delight, and we have no complaints about the accommodations. The concierge (Carlos) and the front desk staff were helpful. Fairly expensive for the week, but we understand the beach area is a bit more costly than surrounding areas. We were with three kids and two grandparents and couldn't have asked for an easier, more enriching experience. The wedding onsite was beautiful and expertly hosted! One area we felt could be better was for the price, you get just one small coffee pod per morning in the room, and the buffet was expensive for mornings we didn't eat that much... especially with children. In this price range, we would appreciate coffee in the room, and more breakfast options that are affordable beyond the buffet. Overall, we had a great experience. It's a beautiful hotel, pool and beach with a friendly, welcoming staff! Taxis were pretty affordable for exploring the city (though the price is always different depending on the cab driver). Beyond the beach, the city is not very walkable, so taxi's are necessary.

Beautiful hotel, pool, Gulf of Mexico shore, good food in the restaurant as well as poolside. And at poolside we had outstanding personal service from Eduardo, Regina, and the captain of their team, Luis. Eduardo always appeared when we needed something. He made recommendations about businesses and attractions in the nearby city. in the week we stayed Eduardo became a real friend. We miss him and if we return we hope he will be there!

El teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba, pero enseguida fueron a la habitación para tomar el pedido para el servicio al cuarto. (muy atentos para resolver la situación).
