Quiet,clean and great location

Walked in and the room smelled like sweat and mold! When I pulled back the sheets they were yellow tinted and stained! Later I found a bug crawling in our bed! The locking mechanism on our door (the latch thing) was broken! The grout in the bath is cracked and molding. The elevator is outdated with the panels loose and holding on by a thread. This is probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this location! The only exception is that the staff is very kind!

Everything was good except for the shower. It was broken and the water just dripped out. I had already had to switch rooms because the tv was broken in the first room. A little disappointing.

Nothing about it and as a customer horrible service charges were applied and never stayed at the room

They didnt have rooms ready at 11 said come back at 12 . When I returned at 12 they didnt have rooms ready came back at 1:00pm they didnt have rooms ready and to come back aftwr 3 I asked for cancellation and would stay with a family member and the front host said thats fine your being charged for the room reguardless .....horrible servuce and rude

Place is getting old

The elevator was broken and part of the ceiling was down in stairwell.

The hotel is not new and need to update. The time when I was in hotel, the elevate wasn't working. However, the receptionist informed it to me, and I accepted to stay. The most thing I like about the hotel is their staffs: nice, helpfull and profesional. This made me felt comfortable during my staying.
