Elevator was out of order

We will be staying again. We travel alot for soccer.

Did not get the room I booked and paid for. Book a suite for a family of 4 and was given a standard room

The house keeping sucked. We took out our own trash and had to track them down for towels and toilet paper. We complained and they didn’t care. It was loud all night. The pool was freezing after they said it was “heated.” I will not stay here ever again.

Elevator was not working . We were not told until after we paid . They had construction going on @8 am on a Saturday morning . Would think they would be a bit more considerate.

Hotel is old and could be cleaner, rugs in halls and rooms have stains. Our room door security lock was missing.

There was no stay. The hotel closed down because of damage. No email. No phone call. The hotel closed 4 days before my arrival. More than enough time to notify guests!!! I had to drive around for one hour and a half looking for a hotel that had occupancy. I managed to get a hotel for one night and then had to change to another hotel for the second night. Terrible communication on all parties involved!!

Horrible hotel. Marriott sold me a room and I got there and the hotel was abandoned. Do not come here. Marriott is a disgrace. Worst hotel experience I’ve had. Absolutely terrible. Complete waste of time and money. I will never be booking a Marriott hotel ever again.

Good
