Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Lewisville

The toilet ran continuously.

Staff working the front desk were wonderful. Room was decent. Breakfast was average with limited choices and ended a little earlier than other chains. Location is very convenient.

Breakfast was hot with several choices. Front desk personnel were very friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Room had a glade plug in that smelled like pine, which was overwhelming when walking into the room. We had to open a window to air it out. Bathtub had hair in the drain and on tiles that were visible from standing outside the tub. There as no fruit to chose from at breakfast.

Sheets were DISGUSTING! The room was obviously not cleaned before our stay. They could not switch our room because they were apparently sold out. When we checked out I spoke with the general manager and I was asked if I took pictures. I informed her no I did not take pictures, we were in a hurry to get the sheets off so we could put a new pair on. Not impressed!

Great place but it smelled strange.

I did not receive room service until the evening before my checkout 3/4 days no clean towels, no trash replacement, I requested everyday more than 3x and still was not accommodated. My room key also did not work 2/4 days so it was an inconvenience for staff and I as to I had to wait for someone to let me in my own room every time . Thomas -land Maria were very helpful other than those two, services and staff were poorly handled.

Location was really good. Had alot of food places around that was in walking distance if you didn’t want to drive

Got to the first room and it had a very bad mildew smell. Did call the front desk and that employee moved is to another room. Breakfast was not that good and didn’t have lots of options. I also asked the lady at the front desk the next day if she could change the sheets and put new towels in the room. When we got back to the room around midnight we noticed that they never even attempted to go in the room and do anything… Went to the front desk to see what happened or if someone could do it. And the man said well since your checking out tomorrow it was to late to change the sheets. Which is crazy because we asked around 2 when we left. But he did give me new towels because i again had to ask for them.

Nothing it was convienant to get to.
