The lobby has a strong smoke smell and the elevator has a strong oil smell. Room was a little better but still had dirty spots in the shower.

Great place

The customer service was not good on this trip. The pool was out of service, which I did not realize because I would not have booked there otherwise, we had to be in town for 6 days and I had two young kids so that entertainment was important to me. I had told her at the front desk I had not seen that info anywhere when I had booked, I asked for a discount. She was very rude to me when I went to speak to her about this at the front desk. She could have been polite and just said I'm sorry and explained it to me. We had a very rude photo put under it room for the first night and my 8 yr boy found it when he went to the restroom in the morning. We had a noise complaint on us when we weren't being anything extra than just normal talk and kids moving around at 7 pm. one evening. The last night we had someone yell very loudly down the hallway and knock on it door and run. The comforter didn't fit the bed correctly. We found a cell phone case by our bed so I'm not sure how clean things really were. Just a poor experience over all. I did not feel comfortable here. Love the location though!

Perfect location, close enough to Louisville, and saved alot of money by staying here.

Awesome pet friendly hotel. Super clean and staff was excellent and very welcoming.

The staff was friendly and the property was clean however it is dated. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The location is 5 minutes away from Downtown Louisville.

I had planned a trip to Louisville and when I was searching for hotels, this one popped up. I like Fairfield Inn's because they are pretty consistent with quality from location to location. I also like the breakfast included with the stay. What I liked the best about this one is the price compared to across the bridge in Louisville. I saved ALOT of money here in Jeffersonville, Indiana and Jeffersonville had a lot to offer. The hotel is close enough to walk over to Hooters and this awesome place on the water called Upland. You could sit out on the deck and enjoy a beverage - and walk back to the hotel. If you want housekeeping, request it. We only had housekeeping once in a 7 night stay, but the front desk happily gave us more towels when needed. There was never a problem with parking, we always had a space out front. I needed to print out my itinerary and the front desk clerk was happy to do it. This was a good choice for my vacation stay!

The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. There seems to be limited parking in the front. We did not drive to the back side of the building but it looks as if construction is going on.
