Location is convenient for old downtown Jeffersonville

Everything was great except the AC was set at 67 and I couldn’t change it. Was late at night so I didn’t bother the nice lady at the front desk about it.

There was construction around the property so a bit tough to walk to event. I had stayed here a few times before and the breakfast was much better. This time they provided frozen, rubbery eggs and coffee was never really hot!

It was great.

Convenience was nice, but little dining opportunities, especially on the holiday weekend. The grounds around the hotel need upkeep. We were in a handicapped accessible room. However, the tub was hard to get in and out of. Someone in a wheelchair would have a really hard time. There was only one small easy chair in the room even thogh there was room for two or a loveseat.

Lobby smelled like gas. Front desk said it was the dryers which were located behind the lobby. Stained bedding was the biggest problem. In addition, Stained carpets, fan in room wouldn’t turn off causing a sleepless night. Notifified front desk told to unplug the unit. All of these items were reported.

Friendly check-in. Clean room with fridge and microwave. Nice glass shower and comfortable bed. Good breakfast selection. Would stay again.

Check in was great! Breakfast was good, but it was bare twice finally got breakfast on the 3rd try. The room was great, and clean. Beds were adequate. In the morning we went to the pool and hot tub, there were no towels and the pool room was not clean. There was lettuce everywhere, clumps of hair, and while swimming in the pool we noticed a used condom in the bottom of the pool. We told staff and they just laughed and apologized. Not sure what I expected when I told them, but that is pretty disgusting. We left the pool webt back to the hottub, and checked out with out incident. A picture is attached, and yes the yellow thing is the condom. That is a first for me.
