Best Western Premier Aberdeen Kamloops

Staff were so friendly and helpful. From check in to check out. And i totally forgot my toothbrush and it was absolutely not an issue they actually had one. My kids had a great stay too.

I loved our room except the noise from the roads.

Stayed one night for a stopover. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The only drawback was the parking lot. Very small and tight especially if you have a bigger vehicle. Would definitely stay here again.

Location

Very noisy. You can hear every step the person above you takes. Lots of people In boots stomping around. Our first room on the second floor had a view of a concrete retaining wall 5 feet away. Actually comical. They moved us up a floor, still they just hope no one complains about the first room.

I wanted to upgrade our room. Apparently because we booked through a third party they were not able to accommodate the request. I was treated differently just because I was not a rewards member who did not book through them. Had I known that it would impact my stay in such a way, I would not have booked there. I did submit the upgrade request through the third party site but received no reply. I was there in person, and I could see the available room, yet could not be moved. Someone needs to simplify this process. I should not have to go online when there is staff there to handle this. How ridiculous.

Room was comfortable and quiet

The pillows were not the best. Two of the four pillows were uncomfortable

Clean. Good location. Great room for 2 adults and 3 teens.

The pool and waterslide were not open.

The location is perfect for our event. Lobby is welcoming. Room was clean and tidy. It was not full of kids ands sports teams for this particular weekend, so that was a huge plus.

We had a mixture of real dishes and plastic/ melamine type, the coffee cups were plastic, so we had to use the disposable ones;(
