Four Points by Sheraton Santiago

Esta bien ubicado, con una avenidad centrica y cerca al rio mapocho. Un lugar bonito para caminar y correr de mañana.

Me ocurrieron varias incidencias las cuales son relevantes y no esperaba que se den en este hotel. El dia que llegue (noche) me dieron una habitacion, la cual no habia reservado, tuve que quedarme en ella hasta la mañana siguiente. Al dia siguiente en la habitacion que me quede (la que habia reservado) el telefono no funcionada, totalmente desconectado. Su carta de comidas muy limitada. Estuve un dia en la piscina y el telefono del lugar se encontraba desconectado, no tenia como comunicar que para pedir una toalla de baño. (adjunto la foto) Para terminar, el Gerente del Hotel: Un tal Claudio, intento brindarme soluciones en un momento de la mañana donde me encontraba desayunando, para lo cual le pedi que conversemos en otro momento. Ese momento nunca llego, nunca se comunico conmigo y las veces que me acerque a recepcion no lo ubique. Me dijo la señorita de recepcion que me llamaria, pero eso nunca ocurrio hasta el dia de hoy 05.01.2026. Una experiencia poco agradable, a pesar de que Santiago me parecio muy bonito.

Just came back from spending 8 nights at this hotel. While the view from room 308 wasn’t exactly scenic, the hotel made up for it big time. The room was large, bed and pillows very comfortable and the amenities very nice! The greatest part of this hotel though, were the employees! Everyone was very helpful and courteous ! From the young man at the bar that taught me to make a pisco sour, to the front desk crew that were able to get me in a room 3 hours early after a long flight! Thank you for an amazing time and if I ever do come back to Santiago, I know where I’ll be staying! One last thing, the location was on a quiet side street in an area with many great shops and restaurants!

L'hôtel est idéalement situé. La chambre était très spacieuse.

Le petit déjeuné n'est pas du tout à la hauteur, options et qualité médiocre pour le prix.

El proceso en el desyuno. Nos molesto que, además del control lógico al ingreso al desayuno indicando el nro de habitacion (como en todos los hoteles), al final terminar nos traian un comprobante para firmar con cierta "presión" para incluir la propina, y ésto sucedía cada día

Classic clean hotel. In a nice quiet area of the city, felt very safe there.

A bit far from the historical center of the city, but very quiet and safe.
