I have stayed at this property on multiple occasions. I keep coming back through the friendliness and fabulous attention extended by the staff. They are consistently helpful and welcoming. The rooms appear spacious and comfortable for an extended stay. The Hotel provides an extensive Buffet Breakfast. The hotel is situated in the Providencia area of Santiago. It’s a great location! There is a selection of great restaurants across from the entrance of the hotel ie: Rivoli to be recommended. Baco is very popular but more on a fast food theme. The square to the rear of the hotel and beyond offers a wide selection of Bars and fast food restaurants. The hotel is also centrally located to transport, shops, being close to two main through fares. It is also well positioned for Tour pick ups…the hotel provides good advice for Tour Company! Other surrounding areas of interest are of a convenient walking distance and of minimal expense by uber.

Tinha um grupo de europeus que nos assediaram. Acho que o hotel deixou eles fazerem muita algazarra, apesar de terem nos dado um desconto na hospedagem para compensar

What a fantastic location to get around the city. Staff were super friendly. The hotel needs some TLC . Rooms not the best.
