The beds were comfortable, location was great.

The service was not great. One person manning the front reception- took a long time to be greeted and to be checked in. Works being completed outside our room- nil view as there was a tall concrete wall outside our balcony/ window and still having to pay full price for the room. Pool was old and not warm enough to be comfortable to swim in.

The hotel is in a perfect location- very convenient, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The only downside is parking. It’s quite difficult to find, and valet parking costs $50 per night. Self-parking can also be tricky, as you’re charged an additional $20 each time you take your car out. We stayed in a bayside room, and the views were absolutely breathtaking.

It was my wife’s birthday and we paid $549 for one night, but there were no welcome drinks or small in-room touches like a cake. Also What I didn’t like was that some basic amenities were missing. Parking options were quite expensive, and essentials like a dental kit and hair kit were not provided

Great location and a great variety of hot and cold food for breakfast. Specious and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

1) Room with balcony is good but it would be better with sea view; 2) It should allow flexibility in dealing with cancellation request beyond customer’s own control.
