Leaving and never rebooking there again .

Was travelling with other family members who were in another room .Both rooms had bed bugs in all the beds . My elderly parents needed to sleep up in chairs due to not been able to sleep in bed without been bitten by bed bugs . When I spoke to management and showed them my bites all they could say is so sorry .Paying $172 for the night and unable to sleep isn't exceptable. Room was also dirty under beds found dead cockroach and heaps of dust. Have attached proof of bed bugs but due to photo taken on phone not very clear but you can see black spots which were the bed bugs .. Also was advised that power would be turned off at 8am which wasn't motel was power upgrade in area but still think that discount should have been applied due to checkout not until 10am . Overall very disappointing in my stay and the fact that my elderly parents required sitting up in chairs instead of laying in bed feeling comfortable and getting a good night sleep and myself not getting sleep and requiring to drive the next morning.

The room was a very good size along with the bathroom. The location of the motel was off the main road so a lot quieter than some other accommodation places in Cessnock. It is close to shops and eateries.

Room is quite bright at night. Additional blinds could help. Extra blankets would have been nice.
