Room was spacious and well appointed. A little cooler but it’s coming into winter. Definitely a good base to explore from. Quiet despite being on the main road. Staff were lovely.

My only suggestion would be potentially having an additional washing machine and dryer in the guest laundry. For a larger property,1 of each might be under catered.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Bed mattress was great, nice and firm (not sagging like many motels! 😊)

Aircon/heating instructions were absent. We thought it was broken and had to call the desk to learn that there was a delay of 15min from switching it on to when it started working

Big room, onsite parking, responsive on_duty staff who had to do everything from reception to cleaninv

Dirty toilet (urine and poo marks), finger prints in room's mirror, stained toiletry dish and unclean sink (booger and hair)
