Presidential Motel

Room was large and roomy. Beds and pillows were comfortable. 2 TV's in the room. Lounge area. Large bathroom. Had everything needed for the stay. Staff provided late check out when requested.

The walls are too thin, you can hear everything from the room adjacent and they can likely hear you. The price was a bit too expensive for what you get.

Location was great and the rooms were very large. Very comfy modular couch.

Very dated and needs a serious refurbishment. The bathroom vanity was crazed and discoloured. Bedhead and side tables were decades old. Could do with a deep clean throughout.

Decent standard (budget) accomodation. Though this is not the accomodation that I booked. Room was very spacious. Plenty of parking.

I booked an executive room a year in advance, yet was allocated a standard room for my stay. Unlike the executive rooms, the standard rooms have not been renovated and were arguably not as comfortable. The room was also facing the main road and was noisy. Though I was offered a partial refund, reducing the cost to that of a normal standard room, it was exceptionally disappointing. It seems as though the venue is likely to have offered the executive room, which I booked and paid for, to someone else who was willing to pay a premium. It is cooincidental that this occured the weekend of Generations in Jazz where accommodation was fully booked across Mount Gambier and prices were hiked up.

Unpainted wood framing (obvious recent patch up jobs) bed head missing. Very basic for >$700 for 2 nights

Comfortable clean room. Good location close to town centre without being in the hustle and bustle of the town. Large room with space to lay things out without feeling cramped. It also had a decent size desk to work from.

Room was a bit dated.
