AUThe Ocean View Motel is my 'go-to' accommodation each time I visit Perth. On the most recent stay, I met the new managers who were extremely welcoming and helpful.
AUGreat location, North Beach. The view and the sound of the Indian Ocean was fantastic. Close to restaurants, cafes, shopping centres. One minute to the walk along the beach. The room was quite large. Big window with a balcony.
It was a bit run down but clean and staff provided anything that was missing.

The motel need some TLC,small tidying up in the rooms. Shower spraying out of the elbows. Front door seals worn, wind blowing creams whistling.
