AUAUEverything was as advertised, great value for the location if you need to be in the northern suburbs of Perth. No surprises, this is a lower budget establishment and perfectly clean and comfortable. I left something behind and the owner went to the trouble of posting the item back to me, obviously there was a fee for his trouble which was reasonable, and all very much appreciated.

Aircon didnt work in room even though I kept trying to reset it. and my neighbours rudely woke me up at 4am in the morning one of the mornings talking extremely loudly and banging and crashing. Due to paper thin walls... thats not the hotels fault that people are inconsiderate but just be mindful some of the rooms the walls are paper thin other rooms arent:)
