GBThis is a budget Motel, we always come back here when we travel to Perth from Esperance because its great value, its a great location, free parking is a bonus. Great coffee shop behind within walking distance. Clean, tidy and staff super friendly and helpful.
The towels whilst very clean are getting a bit old, could do with new replacements. There was only one glass and no teaspoons in room so service needs extra little attention but the staff dealt with this immediately replacing it and were apologetic.

Hello, I am writing regarding our recent two-night booking at the Ocean View Motel in Perth last weekend. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and, more importantly, unsafe. Shortly after arriving, it became clear that the motel did not match the description provided online. The environment appeared to be frequented by drug users and other individuals who made us feel unsafe. Throughout the night, the rooms above us were noisy, preventing us from getting any sleep. In the early hours of the morning, loud disturbances continued. At one point, my partner felt unsafe when I had to step out, as a group of men were gathered just metres from our room openly using drugs. This is not an acceptable environment for guests, nor was it disclosed in the motel's profile. We requested a refund for the second night, as we did not feel safe staying there. However, staff refused, despite the clearly unacceptable conditions. As a result, we had no choice but to book alternative accommodation at our own expense. Given the circumstances, we are requesting a refund for the second night, as the conditions were unsafe, misrepresented, and unsuitable for guests. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. AUWas clean, had everything for a short stay.but is very old and needs revamping. Old furniture, linen was good, old bathroom, was clean though, as much as could be done. Position was good. Close to shops, restaurants, bars etc. beach in front.
Old building, not a lot of parking, needed renovation and upgrade.
